It’s very helpful to have a set of FAQs for most subjects. Locating your photographer can be a daunting task. Especially with so many things to think about, during the wedding build-up. I receive emails from Brides and Grooms asking many different questions. Below are some of the most important and popular questions asked.
Where are you based?
I live in Buckingham, which is very handy to several counties Buckinghamshire, Northamptonshire, and Oxfordshire.
What locations do you cover?
I am a Buckinghamshire Wedding Photographer, a Northamptonshire Wedding Photographer, and Oxfordshire Wedding Photographer.
Do you offer a wedding photography package?
I keep my pricing structure simple. I am able to provide a Bespoke package to suit your budget and needs. I understand that every couple is unique, and may not need the same for their wedding day. Please take a look at my wedding photography pricing on the link below.
We’ve found wedding photos we like on Instagram, can we try them too?
Sure, I love it when a couple has their own ideas, and look around online for inspiration. Having an image of what you’d like really helps me to see your vision. It helps you figure out what style you prefer too.
How do we get to view our wedding photos, and how long do they take to process?
I provide an online gallery for you and your guests to view and purchase prints. I always post a sneak peek to FaceBook as I know you’ll be excited to view your images as soon as possible.
Do you have wedding insurance?
Yes, I am fully insured with both public liability and public indemnity insurance.
What if you’re taken unwell on our big day?
If this should ever happen, I would call upon my circle of backup photographers. In the first instance, I would promote my 2nd photographer to the main photographer. This would keep everything seamless, and without anything too noticeable to you.
How do we book you as our wedding photographer?
You can contact me via phone, email, or Facebook messaging service. To confirm your booking a £350 deposit is required. I have dates fill up quickly in advance, Therefore, I am unable to ‘hold’ the date for you. A deposit secures your booking. I can receive a couple of potential inquiries around your date. If you have been the first to contact them and have arranged a meeting, I will of course notify you if some call to book by phone.
Payment is due 6 weeks prior to your wedding date. My invoicing system will send a reminder when necessary, just in case you forget. It’s a busy time and I understand that these things can go unnoticed very easily.
Do you provide wedding albums and prints?
Yes, I work very closely with award-winning Album makers. They produce beautifully crafted handmade albums, prints, and canvases. They are of the highest quality, and very hard to match. Each item is carefully checked and colour matched by hand.
Can we view a full wedding gallery?
Of course, it's really important to view a full day's gallery as a wedding photographer's website will mainly show a selection from various weddings. It's good to see how your wedding gallery could look and all that's captured from the day.
