Fun and relaxed Wedding Photography in Milton Keynes

I also photograph weddings in and around Northampton.

I work mainly across Buckinghamshire, Northamptonshire, and Oxfordshire. I’ve covered photography across the UK, so please ask if you want me to travel further afield.

Hiring a wedding photographer is one of the most personal decisions you’ll make during your wedding planning process. You’re choosing the person who will be in charge of documenting your special day. I know what it means to have the right photos to remember this special event. You deserve stunning and memorable photos of your special day!  Those moments of your day are so precious. The day rushes past in a flash. I love that photographs are a way of bringing your wedding back to life, and serve as a wonderful reminder, documenting each part of the wonderful event.

I’m a Documentary photographer. I like to capture the reality of your day, as it happens. My style is to compliment you, and how you want your photographs. You may require a mix of traditional images, and creative shots, coupled with candid and natural photos. That’s ok, as an experienced wedding photographer I can produce the images that you want. If it’s something that I’ve not produced before, It’s always great fun learning something new, and putting it into practice on your wedding day.

Your Wedding Photography and what to expect

Your day is about having fun, relaxing and celebrating with your family and guests. My aim is to ensure that you feel relaxed on the day. When you and you’re guests are allowed to be natural, and the less obtrusive I am, it gives a perfect mix for me to photograph your emotion, love and laughter!  I love all of the tiny details, and the small moments. Some of those moments you may not see, as your day is busy catching up with those you love. Don’t worry as I’ll be in the background clicking away to capture the important moments.

My approach is very relaxed, as I truly love a wedding, and everything about the day. I’ll arrive about 30-45 minutes before your day starts. I prefer to get set up early, and double check all of my equipment, and lighting. Plus I’ll also carry out a quick site check, and chat with the Wedding Co-ordinator to confirm timings for the day. My next stop will be to find you, cover any last minute details or changes, then the photography will begin. If you’d like to read what previous Brides and Groom have to say about me please check my wedding reviews here

I offer a pre wedding shoot, perfect for those who may be nervous in front of the camera.

Every package can include a pre wedding shoot. We will usually meet at your venue, and incorporate with our consulation. It’s not a full photo shoot but aimed more at us becoming relaxed around one another. It’s a great time to hear your love story and to chat about your wedding plans.

It provides me with more time to get to know you a little better. I can see how you interact together, whether you’re a touchy, feely couple, or feel more comfortable just holding hands, or whatever. Equally, it’s a time to communicate what you like, and don’t like as well.

Tell me your ideas for your wedding photographs

We can share your ideas about the photographs, and what you’d like from the day. Perhaps chat about any preferences you have for angles, expressions, lighting, or editing styles. This allows me to tailor the photos to suit you and your wedding day.

It’s a perfect time for you to ask any questions that you may have thought of since we last spoke. Or you can share any concerns that you may have leading up to the day. The meeting is very informal. By the end I hope that feel calm, relaxed and totally confident in your wedding photographer.

Some couples really enjoy an exclusive pre-wedding shoot at the stunning and famous Stowe Landscape Gardens. If you’d like to know more click here
